CA K. Bharathalvar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has been in practice for over 35 years. He is one of the founding partners of Sankaran & Sundar and has been instrumental in building the firm's audit and assurance practice since its establishment in 1994.
His career spans statutory audit, internal audit and bank audit engagements across a wide range of client organisations including manufacturing companies, trading firms, and financial institutions. He brings to each engagement a rigorous, systematic approach built on decades of hands-on audit experience. His work is characterised by close attention to detail, adherence to professional standards, and a thorough understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to different types of entities and sectors.
CA Bharathalvar has conducted audits across multiple industries including textiles, engineering goods, agro-products, trading and distribution, and has significant experience with the audit requirements of scheduled commercial banks and co-operative institutions. He has also carried out internal audits and management audits for medium and large enterprises and has provided insights into internal control systems, risk management and process improvements.

CA Vishnu Priya R.
CA Vishnu Priya R. is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a partner at Sankaran & Sundar. She leads the firm's indirect and direct tax practice and brings wide-ranging professional experience across GST advisory and litigation, income tax, transaction advisory, statutory audit, internal audit, and technology-enabled compliance. She has handled a large number of GST matters covering advisory, refund claims, appeals, and representation before GST authorities across a range of industries and client types. Her income tax practice covers advisory, compliance, TDS matters, and cross-border tax engagements.
In addition to her tax practice, CA Vishnu Priya has conducted statutory audits of scheduled commercial banks and private limited companies, and has carried out internal audit assignments for companies across manufacturing and service sectors. She has provided transaction advisory services in connection with business restructuring and investments. She is actively engaged in integrating technology into the firm's compliance and advisory workflows, and has provided professional training on GST to government officials and at college-level programmes.
